Vivid Rose Peony, 3-5 eye

Vivid Rose Peony, 3-5 eye, 30" mature, late season bloomer.

Deep, vivid pink double peony. Very fragrant, but similar in scent to a rose. Easy to grow and adaptable, can withstand drought. 2-3 eye bare root divisions, shipping spring and fall (divisions made in fall). Best in full sun, fertile, well drained soils. In northern states plant roots 2" below the soil line. In southern states plant roots 1" below the soil line. Planting in partial shade (areas that receive at least 6 hrs of direct sunlight, but some daily shade) can guard against intense summer heat in southern states. Peonies do best in states that receive at least 40 degrees temps in winter as a chilling period is needed for good bloom. *Please note: We use paypal as our method of accepting payment.
